The Wiki definition is what I always thought a ditty was Frank. Does this mean we are supposed to sing Alan's words? :snckr:

Edit to add that, with a little musical thought, the best tune that could be used comes from the movie, Evita

Listen to this midi file and you just might get all Alan's words to fit.

A bit odd, I just tried it again and it worked, however due to copyright issues it may be blocked in your country, I do seem to remember some controversy over some countries blocking midi file hosting sites.
you aren't missing much though, that version of the tune is a bit of a dirge.

Ah, that may be a point Match, if Quicktime isn't installed, it ain't going to play. The way round would be to right click the file download link, and select "Save link as" (Firefox), "Save Target As" (Internet explorer) store the file where you want, then ask Windows media player to play it.

    Edit to add,
I also now get a 404, so the site owner may have deleted or moved it. I will check his site as that is one of many where I get the more interesting files for personal music manipulation and fun.
The right programs turn midi files into notation, you know, those tadpoles on telephone wires. I can then experiment and alter the music as I wish.
    Nev.
