Have a DELL all-in-one PC; have removed SSD card (corrupted) and plugged it into WIN 10 PC; it is recognized in Device Manager (see pic), but can't access to format it. When I right-click and go to properties, it says no drivers are installed on this device... Any ideas? Thanks.

Looks like you need the drivers for the card reader. You can go to the computer manufacturer web site and download and install the drivers.

Out of curiosity, is the Samsung SSD listed in Windows Disk Management? If so, you should be apple to partition and format it.
