Are you tired of all the guessing what it might be yet?

Post a screen shot - or several.

An example of what he is talking about.
you read my response to your question, then you go back to your original
question to reply, instead of hitting reply while reading my message. it
makes it appear you are talking to yourself, instead of responding to a
    question.
I hope this resolves your issue.

The problem with today's society is, we all want a quick fix, immediate
answers, it's about a learning curve, we just don't start at the top. what
about the people and relating. Just a quicky, then off to another problem,
LOL I prefer the long slow learn myself.

Tip: If you have a mouse with a wheel you can quickly and easily increase
and decrease the size of your fonts in your browser by holding down the Ctrl
key, and while continuing to hold down the key, move the mouse wheel up or
    down

This will change most of them. Go to Start/Run/Regedit and navigate to this
    key:

    HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
    NT\CurrentVersion\FontSubstitutes

In the right pane, change the Font Name for: MS Shell Dlg and MS Shell Dlg
    2. Close regedit.

    Then right click the Desktop/Properties/Appearance/Advanced/
Icon and set the same Font Name there. Ok your way out, then reboot.

This is not the MVP site despite its fake logos.
