Audacity Cutting Audio

    I have Audacity and I wanted to know after I open an Audio File lets say I just want it to be 3. Minutes Long how can I have it Auto Cut the File?

    Power Supply:
    750 Watt Corsair
    You can't you have to manually edit the file.

    well I can move the pointer anyplace on the Audio File I want.

    Is the Time Counter on the bottom of the screen?
