Hi Guys,I have been using a lot of Portable Apps, lately.
Wondering what your thoughts are, and what if any downsides?
I personally like them,as they don't have to be installed.
    Welcome any feed back.:)

By 'portable applications', do you mean putting a program on a thumb drive and running it from there, I wonder? (Aaah, so much for me to learn :)).

I use a lot of portable applications. As a matter of fact, I have a flash drive with the most commonly used ones and another with rarely used

ones on it that are in my tool kit. When I am out on a call they go with me.
