    Thanks Dougie can't say as I always think that, but I do think he is too cleaver for his own good, 20mnths and learning how to use windows

    That would be sooo right.

    My nephews just messed up a brand new Acer laptop for there mum,my neice and I just fixed it over the phone with instructions.
